Job Requirements
- Active NMLS license (good standing)
- Minimum 2 years of origination experience
- Minimum production of $1M per month/MLO
- Working knowledge of multiple loan products
- Strong follow-up and CRM discipline
- Tech fluency in Arive, HubSpot, Slack, Box, and Outlook
- Solid follow-up discipline (we expect 8/10 or higher)
- Must be proficient with digital systems including HubSpot, Arive, and Slack
- Experience with purchase business preferred
