• Drive Strategic Interlocks • Lead and coordinate interlock sessions between Product, Delivery, and Customer teams to align on goals, requirements, and business impact. • Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and actionable. • Translate strategic discussions into tangible deliverables and next steps. • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication • Act as a trusted advisor and connector across cross-functional teams. • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews to achieve alignment across teams with differing priorities. • Communicate complex requirements and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Program Management & Governance • Implement structured tracking and review mechanisms to maintain a single source of truth for interlock activities. • Drive transparency around prioritization, dependencies, and business impact. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives. • Business Impact & Continuous Improvement • Capture, measure, and report on the business impact of interlock activities. • Continuously refine frameworks, tools, and processes to improve visibility, accountability, and cross-functional maturity. • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment to organizational goals.
