• Responsible for their own caseload

• Taking depositions
• Retaining and consulting with experts

• Reporting to clients
• Preparing for trial
• Opportunities for second chair trial experience and conducting own trials
Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
- Active California State Bar license
- Previous experience with insurance defense law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Discovery Rules and general procedures
- Effectiveness in working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent client relations
- Timely reporting
