• Answer calls, manage online chat, and respond to emails • Make outbound calls as needed on leads like daycare centers, preschools, mother’s groups, etc in conjunction with marketing initiatives • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints • Provide customers with product and service information • Accurately enter new customer information into system • Update existing customer information • Process payments, class changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applications • Identify and escalate priority issues • Make follow-up and outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads • Enters roll (attendance) sheets into JR • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures • Complete call logs • Produce call reports • Attend in person staff meetings as required • Stay informed with current and upcoming events and promotions in the local marketplace
