Job Description

• Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams; • Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders; • Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements; • Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day to day operations through the team leader of the administrative team; • Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members; • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
3+ years experience in a leadership level communications role within the association management industry;
2+ years experience in leading a team of communication and administrative specialists;
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building;
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically;
Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools.
