Job Description

• Provide support and training to the customer service team. • Establish and maintain a good strategic advisor relationship to increase the sales of the organization. • Ensure proper implementation of business growth strategies. • Develop and implement efficient customer success strategies. • Collect data to clearly understand the needs of the customers. • Take care of customer satisfaction by coming up with customer support content. • Discuss points related to customer satisfaction with the higher officials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or other related courses.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Specialist or in other relevant roles.
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies and sales growth strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inspiring leadership qualities and strategic planning skills.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving ability.
  • Good team player and multitasker.
