Job Requirements
- 1-2 of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS/tech or supply chain)
- Experience participating in the development of a new BDR program required
- Proven use and desire to leverage AI tools for data gathering, analysis, message development, testing and personalization (ChatGPT, Claude, ZoomInfo, Copilot, Regie.ai, Outreach)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet targets
- Proven use of tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and sales enablement tools
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take initiative
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space
- Experience in long, enterprise software sales cycles with buying committees
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel up to 15% of your time, including international travel
