Job Description

• Own your outbound motion: prospect, write, and launch custom cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn • Make 50+ cold calls per day to DTC operators (typically heads of marketing, retention, or operations) • Research and prioritize top-tier Shopify brands that match our ICP • Write messaging that cuts through noise • Push qualified meetings to AEs with context that accelerates close rate • Track all activity in Salesforce with precision and discipline • Collaborate directly with AEs and sales leadership on targeting, positioning, and objection handling • Test, learn, and iterate fast—what worked last month might not work today

Job Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in an outbound SaaS BDR/SDR role
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through cold outreach
  • High comfort with cold calling and objection handling - this is a phone-forward role
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to personalize at scale
  • You’re coachable, gritty, metrics-driven, and take ownership over outcomes
  • You want to master outbound and grow into a high-performing AE
  • You move fast, stay organized, and are looking for high-level coaching to match your ambition
