• Build and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks • Identify where AI can improve operational efficiency or customer experience, and deliver measurable results • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agentic capabilities into Latitude.sh systems • Lead internal enablement: write docs, run workshops, and champion AI best practices across teams • Track impact with clear metrics and continuously iterate on deployed solutions
