• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. • Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for o9's platform configuration and customization. • Configure and implement o9's Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP , S&OP etc reference product models or customized solutions as per client request. • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively utilize the o9 platform.
