• Develop & lead a team of sales managers working in industrial, commercial and residential heat trace and freeze protection markets in the US and Canada • Evaluate, develop, recruit and execute an independent sales representative and distribution strategy to grow the industrial and commercial heat trace market • Develop and execute seasonal programs for strategic retail accounts • Set goals and measure performance of sales organization • Develop a process for managing the project pursuit funnel and increasing hit rate • Facilitate & coordinate sales input for the production planning team • Negotiate pricing and contracts with key end users and distribution partners
