Job Description
• Performing advanced administration of the M365 tenant and its core services
• Managing security settings and compliance features
• Developing and implementing PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks
• Serving as a technical resource and troubleshooting complex issues
• Monitoring service health and optimizing the M365 environment
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials
• Collaborating with teams to implement new features and provide guidance
Job Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of core M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
- Experience in PowerShell for automating administrative tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Information Protection
- Experience with GCC or GCC High tenants is often required
