• Responsible for the tax collection of assigned cases for the State of Arizona • Contact and complete the collection of tax liabilities and delinquencies via phone calls • Educate taxpayers while promoting voluntary compliance • Reviewing taxpayer accounts • Verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key information • Documenting actions taken into multiple systems • Scheduling field visits to taxpayer’s residencies, places of employment, and/or business locations • Negotiate payment arrangements • Participate in the seizure and sale of assets and/or inventory
