Job Description
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert for Fisher & Paykel and DCS full suite of products
• Build account relationships with top dealer accounts
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
• Train sellers within our dealer partners on how to best position and sell our products to end consumers
• Deliver marketing and communication support to top dealer accounts
• Participate with the sales management team in developing the sales strategies for the business
• Think like an owner and manage the assigned territory and P&L
• Monitor competitor activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
• Help to achieve Company strategic objectives, including, but not limited to, achieving budgeted sales, performing administrative duties, for example, timely submission of spiffs, expenses, mileage claims, and dealer claims
• Work cross collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing, and other Territory Managers in the country
Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role – preferably in luxury premium appliances
- Undergraduate degree or related experience
- Background in design is highly desirable
