• The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects on behalf of Fit Fusion, LLC, from pre-construction through closeout. • Acting as a liaison between ownership, design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants. • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Oversee project budgets and track cost-to-complete forecasts. • Coordinate turnover packages including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, and training.
