• Define and develop Vanta’s motion system, creating a distinctive motion identity that translates across web, social, product, and video. • Concept, storyboard, design, and animate assets for brand campaigns, website experiences, and marketing channels. • Edit short-form video content (e.g., social reels, sizzle videos, campaign trailers) using brand-aligned storytelling. • Bring personality to serious subjects through tone, timing, and creative storytelling. • Collaborate closely with the brand design, copy, and growth teams to deliver motion that elevates and humanizes our brand. • Create motion templates, libraries, and documentation. • Partner with external vendors, editors, or animators. • Work and experiment with new tools and techniques, including generative AI. • Actively advocate for motion as a storytelling tool at Vanta, identifying for when and how it can create impact.
