• Systematically identify, research, and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through modern sales channels • Lead presentations and high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives • Quarterback the entire sales process from initial contact to final contract negotiation • Partner closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless transition • Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market trends and pain points
