Job Description
• Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with regional medium-duty truck fleets and selling dealers, to grow ICTA sales volume and market share
• Contacts regional fleet customers regularly through personal visits, telephone calls, emails, and texts to establish trusting partnerships and grow ICTA’s volume/ market share
• Works effectively with ICTA dealers and corporate staff to expedite fleet assistance requests, truck shipping, and problem resolution
• Contacts regional body companies regularly through face-to-face visits, telephone calls, emails or texts to establish trusting partnerships and grow ICTA’s volume and market share
• Identifies and attends industry trade shows to promote ICTA products, prospect for new customers, and support body company partners
• Communicates frequently with district, region, and corporate staff to achieve job goals
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related industry experience
- Minimum seven years experience in medium or heavy-duty truck business
- Minimum three years experience in OEM medium or heavy-duty fleet sales management
- Extensive knowledge of commercial truck industry including fleet, retail, dealership and body company operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales and presentation abilities required
- Good interpersonal skills
