Job Description
• Drive sales growth and market expansion within an assigned geographic territory
• Manage relationships with manufacturer representatives, distributors, and key customers
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Provide technical product support and training to sales partners and customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field
- MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in datacenter cooling HVAC or industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
