Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of real estate, municipal, or land use law experience
- Strong interest in public sector work
- Experience advising public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues
- Background in transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, and development agreements
- Familiarity with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA compliance
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with public officials and staff
- Licensed to practice in California
