Job Description

• Manually updating reports for overall Direct to Consumer results • Reporting on new customer acquisition, internal promotions, re-purchase rate, and lifetime value • Reporting to the VP of e-Commerce • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics • Working to advance key reporting tools and deploy analytics reporting dashboards

Job Requirements

2-5+ years of related professional experience
Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and SPINS Data
Experience working with Airbyte, PosgreSQL, and Metabase
Years of Excel and SQL experience
Understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards
Ability to translate data analysis into business recommendations
