Job Description

• Travel up to 50% of the month to cities across the US to support and execute our in-person events. • Engage with event attendees to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with prospective customers in person. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand off to close deals. • Making calls to prospective customers to secure event attendance. • Write tailored emails to prospects and customers to follow-up on their experience • Track and analyze event outcomes and learnings, providing insights for continuous improvement. • Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO.

Job Requirements

A creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and events who gains energy from being around people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – we write a LOT here at Clipboard and this role involves calling customers to secure RSVPs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and collaborative team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.
A passion for our mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Speed and bias for action. We move really fast, which means flexibility and adaptability are key to succeeding here.
Willingness and ownership – if there is something that needs to get done, you do it instead of waiting for someone else to do it.
Prior experience in marketing, sales, event planning, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
