Job Requirements

5+ years in digital advertising with a strong performance marketing background.
3+ years managing paid media campaigns , with a focus on strategy and execution.
2+ years working at an agency or in a role managing multiple accounts.
Experience building and optimizing paid media plans across various platforms.
Exceptional client management skills —you must be able to lead calls, answer tough questions, and instill confidence.
Strong analytical skills —ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to clients.
Excellent project management skills , with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Leadership and collaboration skills , working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and technical teams.
