Job Description

• Support implementation of the NATO FMN Communication and Awareness Strategy • Creation of communication campaigns in line with the FMN C&A Plan objectives and analysis • Creation of necessary content and media to support the communication campaign • Liaison and coordination of content delivery agencies and personnel • Monitoring, recording and assessment of campaign results and outcomes. • Support the implementation of the IPCaT Communication and Awareness Strategy • Creation of communication campaigns in line with the IPCaT C&A Plan objectives and analysis • Creation of necessary content and media to support the communication campaign • Liaison and coordination of content delivery agencies and personnel • Monitoring, recording and assessment of campaign results and outcomes.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years experience in understanding of corporate communication, public relations, and marketing strategies in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in stakeholder engagement, crisis communication, and reputation management in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in developing messaging frameworks, key messages, and content strategies in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in applying brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in creating campaign materials (press releases, social media posts, brochures, etc.) in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in identifying target audiences and tailoring communication approaches in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in applying an understanding of cultural, social, and organizational communication nuances in multinational international organisations
At least 5 years experience in user research, surveys, and feedback mechanisms in multinational international organisations
At least 4 years Experience of coordinating and delivering communication and awareness campaigns in international military environments
At least 4 years experience of supporting military interoperability programmes and concepts
At least 4 years experience of NATO Federated Mission Networking
At least 5 years of experience in crafting high fidelity messaging, imagery and information products across a range of media types, including, but not limited to, web content, imagery and photography, infographics, video and audio.
Deep experience, at least 5 years, in working with international organisations and in multinational environments.
Knowledge and experience of NATO Structures and military operations.
At least 4 years demonstrable experience in working with Semantic Media Wiki (e.g., Tidepedia)
