Job Description
• Responsible for executing effective membership recruiting strategies via in-person presentations and phone calls
• Increase girl and adult lead generation in assigned geographic areas
• Present the benefits of Girl Scouting to potential members and adult volunteers
• Assist with administrative work to prepare for recruitment events
• Ensure Girl Scouting is available to a diverse population
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Some related recruitment or direct sales experience preferred
- Must complete in-person paid training provided by GSWCF
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation along with documentation of a valid drivers’ license, required automobile insurance and safe driving record
