Job Requirements
- Support to all users on AMS360 and all ancillary products post-converting to AMS360
- Be a collaborative force, consistently embodying teamwork, motivation, positive behavior, and a dedication to achieving our collective goals and objectives.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across King to insure quality control and consistency and will work alongside multiple strategic service providers.
- Uphold a sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines.
- Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and proactively solve issues with minimal assistance.
- Showcase excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, work independently, and handle sensitive information discreetly within a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- Assist in support issues for users once they are live on AMS360.
- Provide advanced training to users as needed.
- Work with Vertafore Support as needed to resolve issues identified.
- Assist in operations/servicing related configuration of AMS360 including download.
- Onboard and Offboard AMS360 users including revising Security as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Experience in implementing PL Rating, Insurlink, and Work Smart is preferred.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), is expected.
- Familiarity with project management software or collaboration platforms, such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Monday, etc., is a plus.
