• Configure EMR, eCW system modules, and templates to meet clinical and operational requirements. • Partner with physicians, nurses, and department heads to evaluate EMR functionality gaps and identify opportunities for optimization. • Serve as the internal expert on EMR, eCW systems, and stay current with industry best practices. • Work closely with healthcare providers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflow needs, and configure the EMR system. • Lead the implementation and optimization of eCW features, including customization, templates, and reporting, to maximize the system's utility. • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can navigate the eCW system efficiently and maximize its capabilities. • Proactively identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to drive change. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve the performance and scalability of reporting datasets.
