Job Description
• Onboarding & Orientation: Lead dynamic group onboarding sessions for new students
• Student Engagement & Accountability: Conduct live 1:1 calls with each student at least every 3 weeks
• Portfolio Management & Retention: Manage a portfolio of students through the full lifecycle of the program
• Drive Student Outcomes: Maintain and improve key metrics such as Student engagement rate and Student attrition rate
• Community Building: Foster a positive student community through events, forums, and active participation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, coaching, customer success, or account management
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence to challenge and confront students while staying empathetic and empowering
- High personal discipline and organization —you’ll manage dozens of students without missing a beat
- A genuine passion for growth, business coaching, and personal development
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, or coaching industries (Bonus Points)
