Job Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
• Lead direct and indirect sales channels
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Foster collaboration with marketing and customer success teams
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events
Job Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS sales
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of the K–12 education market
- Strong understanding of full GTM funnel dynamics
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and forecasting tools
- Experience with private equity-backed businesses is a plus.
