• Drive design from concept to execution — translating abstract product requirements and user needs into clear, compelling design ideas and prototypes. • Simplify complexity: Create designs that make interacting with dense, structured data feel natural and frictionless for legal professionals. • Collaborate deeply with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams to understand business goals, data architecture, and user context — then translate that understanding into intuitive UI flows and visual patterns. • Invent and explore new design concepts that push the boundaries of how attorneys and legal professionals research, analyze, and manage legal information. • Prototype and test ideas rapidly to validate hypotheses and gather insights from users and internal stakeholders. • Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with our evolving product suite. • Conduct user research and usability testing with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to inform product direction and improve usability. • Champion the voice of the user, balancing design creativity with pragmatic understanding of legal workflows and cognitive load. • Contribute to brand identity and product storytelling, ensuring that our visual language reinforces clarity, trust, and sophistication.
