Job Description
• Own the end-to-end design process for Freshpaint’s core products, from discovery and research to polished, production-ready experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex data and compliance challenges into intuitive, high-impact solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that make privacy-safe data activation seamless for healthcare marketers.
• Champion simplicity and usability to help non-technical users manage complex, data-driven workflows with confidence.
• Conduct usability testing, customer interviews, and ongoing research to deeply understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Evolve and maintain Freshpaint’s design system, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and privacy-first user experience across our platform.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation that reflects both design intent and product performance goals.
• Leverage data and feedback loops to continuously measure, refine, and optimize usability, conversion, and engagement.
• Develop empathy for our healthcare marketing users, navigating privacy and performance, so you can design experiences that empower them to succeed.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in SaaS or data-centric products.
- With startup DNA, you’re energized by ambiguity and driven to build and champion a collaborative, high-impact design culture at Freshpaint.
- Familiarity with digital growth marketing, ad attribution, and multi-touch measurement concepts is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership, from discovery and research to polished, implemented designs.
- Hands-on experience with usability testing, user interviews, and data-informed design optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills. You can clearly explain design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset. You take ownership and drive projects forward independently.
- Proven ability to design complex, data-heavy workflows that balance usability with effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and modern UI/UX best practices.
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
