Job Description
• Create innovative research offering actionable advice for clients in multiple formats
• Deliver individualized advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders
• Track vendors, market trends, and practices in AI-driven Org Design
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
• Research market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Expertise in all areas of Organizational Design, including job architecture, workflows, and internal mobility programs
- Understanding of challenges faced by CHROs in organization design efforts
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Strong written and verbal proficiency; analytical and presentation skills
