Job Description

• Conducting outbound calls to retail agents • Driving new opportunities • Converting leads to submissions • Turning quotes into binding orders • Weekly reporting of sales calls and results • Educating customers on quoting platforms and services • Driving daily submissions goals • Reviewing web and phone quoting activity to spot trends • Establishing active relationships with territory sales executives • Resolving agent issues as they arise • Assisting underwriters to place business

Job Requirements

P&C insurance license within 90 days of employment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, positive phone presence
Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
