Job Description

• Develop and execute a focused go-to-market strategy for Ren targeting Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, large fintechs, and enterprise processors in the U.S. • Focus on high-value opportunities in revolving credit, commercial credit, BNPL, blockchain/stablecoin-linked payments, early wage access, and healthcare/payroll-linked cards. • Utilize a robust network of decision-makers in banking and fintech to secure high-value meetings and accelerate pipeline growth. • Maintain a disciplined outbound sales cadence with measurable weekly activity goals. • Assess complex client needs, particularly around migrating from legacy credit systems, and position phased, de-risked modernization strategies. • Embody our relentless, competitive, and performance-driven culture. • Stay informed on competitive offerings, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting credit issuance and embedded finance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Track Record in Credit Issuing Sales: Minimum 5+ years in enterprise sales within payment processing, with a heavy focus on credit card issuing and revolving credit portfolios.
  • Industry Relationships: Existing senior-level contacts within banks, fintechs, and processors—especially those managing large credit portfolios.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with extended sales cycles.
  • Embedded Finance Acumen: Understanding of emerging use cases across blockchain, stablecoins, BNPL, lending, healthcare, and EWA.
  • Hunter Mentality: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable with aggressive outbound sales targets.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel within the U.S. to meet clients and attend industry events.
