• Own and execute the roadmap for SAMI and first-party and partner integrations (e.g., ScheduleX, Maple, Stafflion). • Lead API design, data flow mapping, and technical execution with a small, dedicated engineering team. • Partner with Sales and external stakeholders, joining customer and partner conversations to ensure integrations meet real market needs. • Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and ensure delivery against measurable outcomes. • Evaluate ecosystem opportunities and recommend new integration categories to strengthen ShiftKey’s platform advantage. • Manage and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market readiness and accelerate adoption of new integrations.
