Job Description
• Develop, plan, and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Manage large-scale ad budgets with a focus on ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and optimisation to maximise performance.
• Negotiate and purchase media placements, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return.
• Analyse data, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior leadership and clients.
• Lead creative direction for ad copy, visuals, and offers in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and changes in advertising policies.
• Mentor and guide junior media buyers, providing feedback and training where needed.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and funnel/landing page teams to ensure consistent messaging and conversion alignment.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement fast corrective actions.
• Contribute to overall growth strategy by identifying new opportunities for paid acquisition.
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling campaigns with high ad spend.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with tracking tools and attribution software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hyros, Triple Whale, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative mindset.
- Leadership experience or willingness to mentor junior team members.
