• Develop and maintain differentiated positioning for each core use case • Deliver two updated personas and a refreshed messaging framework within your first 30 days • Run GTM for every new feature or pricing change: define launch tiers, write launch briefs, own the comms calendar • Lead one Tier-1 launch per month (features used by >20% of users or tied to upsell motion) • Own product marketing inputs to sales playbooks, user lifecycle, sales training, and CS enablement—reviewed biweekly with Sales and CS • Talk to users in our ICPs and grow to understand them deeply • Partner with CS and Research to generate one new customer case study per month • Conduct win/loss interviews monthly to inform roadmap prioritization and competitive content • Run a weekly GTM sync with Growth, CS, and Product • Provide insights for roadmap planning (next two quarters), especially as they relate to competitive shifts or field learnings that influence prioritization
