Job Description

• Track and follow up on vendor commercial terms — MOQ, FOB, lead times, and payment schedules. • Maintain accurate documentation of all vendor agreements and negotiation history. • Participate in vendor meetings and capture structured meeting notes and action logs with timely follow-ups. • Coordinate requests for quotes, cost breakdowns, and term comparisons. • Update dashboards and trackers to monitor vendor agreement compliance. • Collaborate with Product Development, QA/QC, and Beauty Ops teams to stay aligned on priorities.

Job Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and strong written/spoken English.
3+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel/beauty preferred).
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
Comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
Confident communicator with both external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
