Job Description

• Lead the entire implementation process for Curri Platform products, from planning and onboarding to configuration, training, and delivery. • Close deals by supporting technical discovery and demos of the platform. • Partner closely with customers to understand their objectives, systems, and workflows, designing optimized, future-state workflows using Curri’s software. • Act as a subject matter expert in our product and the logistics industry, ensuring customers fully maximize our platform’s potential. • Conduct on-site user training sessions, ensuring seamless adoption of the software and tools. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementations. • Create and maintain technical documentation to support both internal teams and clients. • Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction by measuring key success metrics like “time to value” and customer feedback. • Drive customer success and own business outcomes through expert deployment of Curri's product suite.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, or customer success roles. Bonus if you have experience in the construction, delivery, or transportation industries.
A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and implementing enterprise software solutions in logistics-related sectors.
Ability to think strategically about process improvements while being hands-on in solving day-to-day challenges.
Strong project management skills, from gathering functional requirements to defining timelines.
Excellent communication skills—you’ll interact with executives at Fortune 500 companies and day-to-day operations managers alike.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking/first-principles approach to solving complicated problems.
