Job Description

• Lead B2B sales efforts for Triumph’s transportation and freight payment solutions. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. • Present and demonstrate our payment technology platform to decision-makers. • Negotiate and close deals with new enterprise clients. • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize retention and upsell opportunities. • Use CRM tools to track prospects, referral partners, and deal progress. • Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies for maximum impact. • Provide detailed sales reports and insights to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience
  • Strong knowledge of the freight, transportation, or logistics industry
  • Experience with freight brokerage is a plus
  • Proven ability to explain and sell technology-driven solutions
  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational abilities
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial with the ability to cover a large territory and travel as needed
