Job Description

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers • Research, qualify, and develop sales leads • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, including travel to present value proposition • Oversee onboarding and implementation of new clients • Coordinate customer training and manage ongoing client support • Develop customer-specific SOPs and pricing strategies • Support CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate records

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in expedited shipping sales
Strong understanding of Air Express and Expedited Ground Transportation
Proven success in managing sales territories and negotiating large deals
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Experience selling expedited freight, shipping, freight forwarding in key verticals including Healthcare, Biotech, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Technology, Specialty Automotive, and Specialty Chemicals
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Must be comfortable with traveling regularly to customers and meetings
