Job Description
• Execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and set appointments
• Conduct cold calls to targeted business contacts with a persuasive yet authentic approach
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-ups in their CRM system
• Collaborate with sales managers to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance pitch effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (non-call center preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a persuasive yet genuine demeanor
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Background in sales, business development, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
