Job Description

• Provide remote technical support for Acronis products, focusing on API/Integration usage • Resolve technical incidents across software, networking and hardware environments • Act as subject matter expert for Acronis API/Integrations and handle API-related cases • Troubleshoot, collaborate with Engineering, QA, DCO and Product Management to resolve issues • Write scripts for internal and external use (Python, API, Powershell) • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate to customer satisfaction • Stay abreast of cloud, storage, virtualization, business applications and other technological advancements • Interact with various departments to analyze and resolve problems and submit bug reports • Mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance and review technical results • Develop documentation for installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility issues

Job Requirements

Speaks Spanish (job intro states Spanish speaker)
Fluent English required (verbal and written, Upper Intermediate minimum)
Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus
2+ years experience with API headers and requests and troubleshooting API issues
Experience working with 1st and 3rd party integrations to a SaaS product
Network troubleshooting experience (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf)
Proficiency deploying/configuring services: DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/Open VPN, HTTP servers
Windows Server experience: gather and analyze Windows logs and dumps; Procmon and Process Explorer
Business applications experience: MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, NTP servers
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Ability to describe technical issues in detail and prioritize time-sensitive issues
Passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions
Would be a plus: 2+ years applicable industry experience, Linux experience, Virtualization experience, MSP experience
