Job Description

• Be responsible for the delivery of Velocity Black's promise to members in San Francisco by localizing the core DNA of Velocity Black • Leverage global reach, resources and brand with granular local expertise to develop the local member community • Grow the community of high performance, HNW members in San Francisco • Manage the P&L for the city to maximize ROI and relevant KPIs • Own the Content & Engagement strategy for the city’s member cohort • Oversee the conceiving and execution of regular member events at inspired locations in the city • Work closely with Membership, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure frictionless integration of city-level and corporate-level operations • Uphold Velocity culture across teams, focusing on Adaptability, Initiative, Yes First, Resilience and Ownership • Provide hands-on support to team members in challenging customer situations and assess priorities from strategic altitude

Job Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in San Francisco, CA

Strong interest and knowledge of the hospitality market and industry (Preferred)
