Job Description
• Oversee and provide advisory services to assigned Retirement Plan Clients.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide fiduciary and non-fiduciary services based on the Retirement Plan Advisory Agreement.
• Assist with Plan Governance and committee education.
• Coordinate and reconcile participant disclosures under ERISA Rule 404(a).
• Assist with Plan Fiduciaries’ Vendor Management.
• Provide Investment Education for Plan Fiduciaries and Employees.
• Support individual participant questions and provide periodic updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university preferred, but not required
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Retirement Plan industry is required.
- Proven verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superb computer skills, including facility with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working with all levels of management
- Series 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain once hired)
- Previous experience as a Relationship Manager is preferred.
