• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients • Configure enhancements for live applications (business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications) • Perform bulk import/export/updates of content and data • Provide recommendations on application features, use, and best practices • Maintain production and sandbox environments • Create reports and dashboards • Serve as a member of the Commercial Services team providing ongoing professional services for customers live with Veeva’s Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical • Customer-facing, non-travel role (may travel occasionally for internal events)
