• Translate and copy-edit marketing, life sciences, investigator-facing, patient-facing, and pharmacy materials • Use CAT tools (XTM, Phrase, Trados, Smartling) and Jira to manage localization tasks • Ensure native-quality Tigrinya localization that accounts for cultural nuances • Collaborate across multiple accounts, programs, and global teams in North America, Europe, and Asia • Support training data transformation for NLP by collecting, annotating, and evaluating content as needed • Use MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and deliverables • Perform other essential duties to meet client and project requirements
