Job Description

• Report to the VP of Strategy and collaborate with the Head of Carrier Relations and cross-functional leadership (Operations, Sales, Finance, Product) • Build and manage relationships with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize partnerships and ensure successful execution • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability and ROI • Serve as point of escalation for day-to-day partner operational issues • Maintain a centralized tracker/CRM of all partnership opportunities, active deals, and performance metrics • Create an operational framework to help prioritize new potential partnerships • Identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, increase capacity, and grow

Job Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of consulting, business operations, private equity, or investment banking experience
  • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
  • Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
  • Bonus points if: MBA; experience working at a start-up
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (Spark participates in E-Verify; all work must be conducted from an approved location within the U.S.)
