• Lead delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives including AI implementations • Define and maintain project plans including timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports • Drive end-to-end project execution from initiation through delivery ensuring scope, quality, and deadlines are met • Oversee project risks, dependencies, and change management • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) • Support backlog grooming, sprint goal clarity, and velocity tracking with Product Managers and Delivery Leads • Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum and foster a high-performing team culture • Coordinate technical discussions and decisions with engineering leads and architects • Align delivery with technical and business objectives and support cross-team dependencies • Track progress using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira and provide updates to leadership, stakeholders, and clients • Leverage automation to streamline reporting and workflows • Lead retrospectives and promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
