• Support the Mortgage Division’s regulatory and operational integrity • Prepare and send initial and revised mortgage disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal timelines • Review disclosure packages for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery • Monitor the disclosure pipeline to ensure deadlines are met • Communicate regularly with branch personnel regarding due dates and outstanding items • Identify and escalate potential delays or compliance risks to the Compliance Manager • Assist in managing the Compliance Department’s email inbox and respond to internal questions related to disclosures and compliance procedures • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency
